CivCharter
A charter-governed civic commons

Founding Archive

The World Begins Remembering

This archive starts small: a few founding records, screenshot placeholders, and a field-report protocol. It will grow as citizens explore, build, document, and submit verified reports from inside the shard.

Archive status

Founding archive v1

Manual archive mode. Field reports are created in-game and reviewed before becoming public chronicle entries.

Current objective

Founding Week Chronicle

Capture clean screenshots, record first routes, identify services, and turn the first reports into public lore.

Infrastructure Founding Week

The Pi Shard Boots

ServUO 57.4.1 was built and launched beside the existing CivCharter WebKit on the Raspberry Pi. CivCharter remains the web layer; ServUO becomes the persistent world layer.

Worldbuilding Founding Week

The Hall of Accord Is Seeded

The first Charter of Accord, Steward, notice stone, role stone, public works board, expedition board, peace bell, and civic commons objects were placed in the world.

Archive Founding Week

Field Reports Become Memory

The [CCReport command and archive report box created the first in-game path from player observation to public memory.

Screenshot slots

Visual archive queue

We do not need perfect screenshots yet. These slots define what to capture next. Later they can be replaced with actual images from the shard.

Hall of Accord

First public civic hub: charter objects, role stone, task boards, archive objects, and steward presence.

Civic Commons

The first non-grinder loop: guide stone, civic task board, donation ledger, resource crate, and archive marker.

Archive Report Box

Only verified [CCReport field reports are accepted into the archive chest.

First Expedition Route

Unclaimed
Screenshot pending

A citizen can scout and report the first safe route from the Hall to nearby resources or services.

In-game protocol

Field reports

Citizens create report items inside the shard. The archive chest accepts only verified reports generated through the command.

[CCReport Found a safe route north of the Hall.

Each report records author, time, map, location, and report text. Staff can convert useful reports into archive entries, public guides, lore notes, or future proposals.

Next archive milestones

  • Capture clean Hall of Accord screenshots.
  • Publish the first founding chronicle.
  • Create a first tester onboarding guide.
  • Promote strong [CCReport items into public archive entries.
Archive v1 is intentionally simple. The important part is the contract: in-game activity can become public CivCharter memory.
