Founding archive v1
Manual archive mode. Field reports are created in-game and reviewed before becoming public chronicle entries.
Founding Archive
This archive starts small: a few founding records, screenshot placeholders, and a field-report protocol. It will grow as citizens explore, build, document, and submit verified reports from inside the shard.

Current objective
Capture clean screenshots, record first routes, identify services, and turn the first reports into public lore.
Founding entries
ServUO 57.4.1 was built and launched beside the existing CivCharter WebKit on the Raspberry Pi. CivCharter remains the web layer; ServUO becomes the persistent world layer.
The first Charter of Accord, Steward, notice stone, role stone, public works board, expedition board, peace bell, and civic commons objects were placed in the world.
The [CCReport command and archive report box created the first in-game path from player observation to public memory.
Screenshot slots
We do not need perfect screenshots yet. These slots define what to capture next. Later they can be replaced with actual images from the shard.
First public civic hub: charter objects, role stone, task boards, archive objects, and steward presence.
The first non-grinder loop: guide stone, civic task board, donation ledger, resource crate, and archive marker.
Only verified [CCReport field reports are accepted into the archive chest.
A citizen can scout and report the first safe route from the Hall to nearby resources or services.
In-game protocol
Citizens create report items inside the shard. The archive chest accepts only verified reports generated through the command.
Each report records author, time, map, location, and report text. Staff can convert useful reports into archive entries, public guides, lore notes, or future proposals.
